Location: Remote (Ideally North America, EU Adriatic Region)

About the impact you will be making: 

In the role of Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant, you will help organizations leverage Microsoft’s customer insights and sales platforms to enhance the understanding of clients and improve engagement. You will implement, configure, and train clients on the platform, ensuring it aligns with business needs and goals. Your deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CI and Sales, along with your excellent communication skills will result in exceptional client experience leading to consistent client reference-ability.

Specific responsibilities for this role include: 

  • Independently work with clients to understand their needs, design solutions, and help clients build personalized customer journeys using Dynamics 365 Customer Insights.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize the platform.
  • Involved in integrating Customer Insights and/or Sales with other systems and automating tasks.
  • Work closely with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and leadership, to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Continually learn industry’s best practices and demonstrate that knowledge in the delivery of our client solutions.

Qualifications that will help you stand out:

  • Proven experience and strong knowledge of Dynamics 365, including Customer Insights, Sales and other related modules.
  • Experience with CRM implementations, including requirements gathering, design, and configuration.
  • Certified for Dynamics 365 CI and Dynamics 365 Sales is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to details, ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to analyze problems and opportunities and make critical decisions working with key stakeholders.
  • B.A or B.S. in Computer Science, Business Management, Engineering, or other related fields.
